Will I poop glitter? 💩

No. And sorry, we're not sorry.
We make our glitter out of 100% edible, food grade ingredients... which means your body fully breaks it down and digests it. Which is actually a good thing. We know you want to let your inner unicorn shine, but trust us... that would not be a good sign for the health of your body.

PS- this is our #1 question, so don't be embarrassed for asking. No shame.

How do I use cannabis edible glitter?

Add to any food or drink to make it sparkle and shine, then let it take you to your happy place!

Seriously, you can put our cannabis edible glitter on anything you want to eat or drink. Whether that's cupcakes, popsicles, popcorn, pancake breakfasts, water, mocktails or cocktails*.

We think it's especially pretty in items that are carbonated or fizzy.

*Remember that adding the cannabis edible glitter to alcohol can increase the effects of the substances. Please use responsibly.

How do I know how much to use?

Every person is different, but here's a general starting point...

It depends on your substance... CBD or Delta 8 (D8 THC). It also depends what you're adding it to. You can add our edible cannabis glitter to anything you eat or drink. But remember, if you're adding it to another depressant (aka something like...hmmm, we don't know, alcohol...) it can increase the effects, so please use responsibly and mix with items that you know how it will affect you. Maybe you even try it mixed with a sparkling water at first.

For CBD, we recommend starting with half 25mg vial and working up to a whole one. If you're familiar with CBD, you can also jump right into the full 25mg vial if you're looking for major relaxing vibes.

For D8 (THC), tune in now... you with us? EVERY PERSON IS DIFFERENT. EVERY. PERSON.

Our vials contain 25mg, which is about the size of the average gummy. Based on our market, we recommend that you start at a half a vial (approx 10mg) and work your way up. But do what's best for you. Start out slower if you're not familiar with using D8.

Remember... you also have to determine if you want one drink/food item with glitter or if you want multiple. If you want to consume more than one, we suggest lowering the dosage of each and just using a little bit. That's the beauty - our glitter is as unique as you, so customize the amount to your needs.

Regardless, keep it sexy... know what feels good for you and use responsibly.

Are your products independently tested by third-parties?

Yes, always. All the time.

It's not really our style to get all black and white on a subject (we prefer colors, duh)... except this one. So listen up, we're going to send some real talk your way for a sec.

You should NEVER - seriously NEVER - purchase any CBD, Delta 8, or THC products that do not have a certificate of analysis issued by an independent third-party lab. Lab tests confirm how many mgs of cannabinoids are in each product and whether the THC concentration is appropriate for that product.

Here's where we stand... All Good Glitter products are tested to ensure legal compliance and (most importantly) wellbeing for our customers. We're working to get these up on the site for easy reference for you, but in the meantime, just shoot us a message and we can provide them to you.

How the hell did you come up with this?

... c'mon, you already know the answer to this one...

We're all about (h)ideas. And our founder really likes glitter, like REALLY. I mean have you seen her @itstheglittergirl ?

Kudos to her.

Do you have other products coming out?

Yes! Don't you fret, glitter pet.

Thanks for asking - we appreciate you wanting to see more from us and being in our #GLITTERATI fan club! We're a small startup and growing as fast as we can, but we do have more innovative, never-seen-before products coming out. With your support we can keep these products coming! CBD 101

What Is CBD?

CBD is a naturally occurring compound found in cannabis and hemp that does not contain THC. So CBD does NOT get you high.

CBD does not contain significant amounts of THC, the psychoactive ingredient found in marijuana that produces a high. In the United States, CBD products must contain 0.3% THC or less.

IS CBD legal?

Yes, hemp-derived CBD products are legal on the federal level in the U.S.

Hemp-derived CBD products are legal so long as they contain less than 0.3% THC. All Good Glitter CBD products meet these guidelines.

Some states have exceptions, check your state laws to be sure.

Will CBD show up if I drug test?

CBD shouldn't show up on a drug test.

However, many CBD products contain trace amounts of THC. If enough THC is present or if you use high quantities, it's possible - although rare - that using CBD might lead to a positive drug test.

As always, do what's best for you.

THC 101 - D8, D9, and More

What Is Delta 8 (D8)?

Delta 8 THC, commonly called D8, is produced naturally by the cannabis plant and has psychoactive effects (aka it gets you "high").

D8 is similar to Delta-9 THC. (D9 = the weed you've been smoking on the sly since high school).

Delta 8 is derived from the Cannabis sativa plant.

Will D8 get you high?

Yes, D8 gets you high.

Delta 8 THC (D8) creates a psychoactive "high" feeling. Every user is different, but many say D8 offers a more relaxed and clear-headed high without as much anxiety or paranoia as regular weed. (Check out this Insider article on it.)

Is D8 legal?

Yes, hemp-derived Delta-8 is legal on the federal level in the U.S. Delta-8 THC and other cannabinoids derived from hemp are legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, even if the substances have psychoactive properties.

Recently a California federal appeals court ruled that D8 products are "legal under federal law, which defines hemp as 'any part of' the cannabis plant, including 'all derivatives, extracts, [and] cannabinoids,' that contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by weight."

However, some states have made D8 illegal. Please check your state laws to be sure prior to purchasing.

Will D8 show up on a drug test?

Likely, yes.

It's not 100%, but there is a high probability that you will test positive for THC with Delta 8 (D8). D8 is a form of THC. Drug tests look for D9-THC but D8-THC is very similar. If you are concerned, we recommend you avoid the D8 items.
